Sales Consultant - Travel - Finnish

Holiday Sales Consultant, Outbound,  for the Finnish Market

This is an outbound calling role that is targeted on helping club members to get the most out of their holidays.

Candidates need to have some previous sales experience in a travel related position -  and be fluent in  Finnish

Salary: €20,500 + commission

Full relocation for the successful candidates.

Relocation package: Flight to Cork, 12 nights accommodation in a local Hotel, Per Diem of €13 for the first 30 days

The role of the Travel Specialist is to book cruises and hotels, sell travel products such as scheduled and charter flights, car hire and travel insurance to Members.

This job will suit a travel agent who wants to concentrate their career on providing outstanding service.

Skills/Experience required

Qualifying Competencies:
• Fluency in Finnish is essential together with a knowledge of Swedish. In addition a high proficiency in English is also required.
• Candidates must have experience in International travel
• Experience of having worked with a CRS System - Sabre/Galileo/Amadeus
• Excellent communications, interpersonal and organisation skills required
• Strong customer service/sales skills with the ability to influence others
• Candidates should have the ability to work on their own initiative and work effectively under pressure
• At least 1 years experience as a Travel Consultant, in a sales/target-driven travel environment using a CRS system
• Knowledge of the travel industry, charter and scheduled flights
• Knowledge of the airline carriers and the destinations served by each
• Previous experience with Windows-based software products a necessity
